Like many charities and businesses, churches are facing huge financial challenges as a result of lockdown and closure during 2020 & 2021. St Paul's Church is a vital community hub serving our estates and parish. We are gradually opening up for community groups, classes, support networks and events, in line with government guidelines. However, over the past year many of our regular bookings were cancelled and our budgeted income stopped almost overnight. Although the church building has had to close for a number of months during 2020 and 2021, we have continued our vital ministry through online worship, phone support, outreach ministry through 'From Hearts to Homes' and Foodcycle Marylebone, pastoral care and funeral ministry.
If you are able to offer financial support to St Paul's Church during this season we would be most grateful. Donations can be received online through bank transfer via BACS 'St Paul's Church PCC', Sort Code: 40-52-40 Account Number: 00017412 or through the Parish Giving Scheme (a regular monthly donation to the church through direct debit). The video below from The Church of England explains more about the Parish Giving Scheme.
Please contact Reverend Clare if you have any questions about giving to the church during this time.
Thank you for your generosity and prayer at this time.
On Wednesdays we continue the work of FoodCycle Marylebone delivering food to individuals and families in our community. If you would like to volunteer with FoodCycle Marylebone please sign up on the FoodCycle website. We will continue our prayer and practical support as part of our ongoing commitment to support one another in our life as a community. Over the spring we hope to move back to cooking meals for residents which can be collected by those signed up on our guest system.
We pray for all in our parish and especially for those who are suffering at this time.

Please pray for us as we pray for you
'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength ... Love your neighbour as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.'
